This is the third capsule of a three part collection on which my senior thesis was based. When designing this collection, I wanted to take the safe comfortable feeling of being at home curled up in a warm blanket and bring it into clothing that was still appropriate for the everyday. A primary way I achieved this was through the incorporation of fabrications that added volume and warmth. In this capsule, I did this by using colorwork plaid knits, smocking, and a snipped pintucks technique I developed.

Each of the three groups focuses on different approaches to the execution of this idea with varying fabrications, silhouette details, and color palettes.
